Once you’re logged in, you can jump straight into the competition and play against other players.

Claire Tour

The Claire Tour is where the real action happens! Each regular season lasts 8 weeks, and every week brings a new round with 2 or 3 challenging questions. The right answers fit exactly into a special crossword prepared for that round.

There are no limits on how you find your answers — feel free to use search engines or even AI helpers — but don’t expect it to be easy! You’ll have a full week to think, search, and solve. You can join the season at any time, no matter how many rounds have passed.

Submitting & Verifying Answers

  • Each question has just one correct answer. Answers may contain only the 26 basic Latin letters (A–Z, without accents or other diacritics) and the digits (0–9).
  • You’ll also get one chance per question to check if your answer is correct using the Verification option.
  • If you successfully verify an answer using this option, you won’t be able to change it afterward — and you won’t need to, because the system has already confirmed it’s correct.
  • In all other cases, you’re free to submit answers for each question using the Send option, and you can update them at any time during the round.
  • When the round ends, your last submitted answers will count as your final ones.

Scoring

You earn points for every correct answer in a weekly round. The tougher the question, the more points it’s worth. Points depend on how many players solved it — the fewer who got it right, the higher your score. At the end of each round, the correct answers are revealed and everyone’s points are updated in the Standings and Answers section, and a brand-new round kicks off for the next week.

Standings and the Cup Tournament

Your total score across all rounds determines your place in the season leaderboard. The player with the most points at the end of the season wins! Alongside the main season, there’s also the Cup Tournament — a knockout-style competition for all active players. Opponents are paired randomly, and each round of the cup runs during the weekly game round. Whoever scores more points that week moves on to the next stage, while the other player is knocked out. The final cup match happens during the last round of the season — the ultimate showdown!
